Yes. Open "My bookings" in your account. To cancel, you will see the host's cancellation policy and what you would get back before you confirm. To change dates, send the new dates to the host; the booking changes only if the host approves. Check-in and check-out times are shown on every listing.
Yes. One Rosido account works for both. Every account can book stays. To list your own space, open "Become a host" in your account, accept the Host agreement and start listing. You keep the same email and login. You cannot book your own listing.
Yes. Sign in, open your account and choose "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page. Your login, profile, messages and reviews are removed, and your listings too if you are a host. You cannot delete it while a booking is waiting or confirmed; cancel or finish those first.
Yes. Create one listing for each room type (for example "Deluxe room" or "Standard room") and enter how many rooms of that type you have. Guests choose how many to book, and the dates stay open until all of them are taken. Whole homes and farm houses simply keep the number at 1.
Not yet. PG listings are coming soon. For now Rosido lists homestays, studios, boutique stays, hotels, resorts and farm houses for hourly, nightly and monthly stays.
Open a listing, choose nightly, hourly or monthly, enter your dates and details, and send a booking request. The host confirms it and shares payment and check-in details. No payment is needed to send a request.
The room price set by the host, plus a small Rosido service fee and GST on that fee. You see the total before you send a request, and you can open “View price breakdown” for the details.
Every host sets their own policy, shown on the listing page. Cancellations and refunds are decided and handled by the host (hotel, resort, farm house or owner), not by Rosido.
Yes. Please carry a valid government photo ID. The host will check it at check-in.
After your booking is confirmed.
Rosido is open across India. We are launching first in Delhi NCR and popular destinations such as Himachal and Uttarakhand, and destinations appear on the site as hosts list there.
Yes. Listing is free and you receive 100% of the price you set. Guests pay a separate Rosido service fee and GST. As an early host, you pay no Rosido host service fee for your first 3 months. After that period, Rosido may introduce a minimal host service fee. We will tell you in writing at least 30 days before any fee change affects you.
The Rosido team checks each listing for basic quality, usually within a day, before it goes live. This is not an inspection or guarantee, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of your listing.
Keep your availability up to date on every platform. If you cancel a confirmed Rosido booking because the space was taken elsewhere, you must refund the guest in full and pay a fixed ₹1,000 charge. Declining a request you cannot honour has no charge.
Yes. After your stay is over, sign in to My bookings and choose Write a review. Only guests with a confirmed, completed stay can review, and the host can reply publicly. Rosido may remove reviews that are abusive or not about the stay.
Yes, hosts can add the calendar (iCal) link from the Calendar tab of the host dashboard. Those dates are then blocked on Rosido, and Rosido bookings can be sent back to the other platform. Calendars refresh every few hours, so please keep all your calendars up to date.
