1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Rosido website and services (the "Platform"), which are operated by Rosido, a partnership firm with its office at H.No-414, Jagbir Chaudhary Vala Transformer, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201009 ("Rosido"). By using the Platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Messaging

Chat is provided so guests and hosts can ask questions before booking. Contact details shared in chat are hidden until a booking is confirmed; do not try to move bookings or payments off the Platform. Conversations may be reviewed by Rosido to resolve disputes or prevent misuse.

2. What Rosido does

Rosido is an online marketplace that connects guests with hosts who list stays across India (launching in Delhi NCR). Rosido is not the owner or operator of the listed properties and does not inspect them. The stay is between the guest and the host. Rosido reviews listings only for basic quality; it does not verify or guarantee them.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Give accurate information.

4. Booking requests and prices

• Sending a request does not guarantee a stay. A booking exists only when it is confirmed.
• The room price is set by the host. Guests also pay a separate Rosido service fee and GST on that fee. The total, with a price breakdown, is shown before you send a request.
• Payment and check-in details are shared when your booking is confirmed.

5. Guest responsibilities

• Carry a valid government photo ID. You must show it at check-in. Hosts may refuse check-in without it, and the booking may then be treated as cancelled by you.
• Follow the house rules of the listing and the rules of the building or society.
• Do not use a stay for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for damage you cause.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Each host sets and handles the cancellation and refund policy of their listing, which is shown on the listing page. Cancellations and refunds are decided and handled by the host (hotel, resort, farm house or owner), not by Rosido. If a host cancels a confirmed booking, the host must refund you in full.

• Cancelling yourself. You can cancel a booking from "My bookings". Before you confirm, the page shows the host's policy and the refund you would get at that moment, counted to the listing's check-in time (Indian Standard Time). A request the host has not yet confirmed can be cancelled with no charge.
• Changing dates. You can ask the host for new dates from "My bookings". The host may approve or keep the original dates. Your booking changes only if the host approves, and the price is adjusted to the new number of nights.
• Check-in and check-out times. Each host sets these for their listing and they are shown on the listing page and in your confirmation email.

7. Hosts

Hosts must also follow the Host agreement.

8. Content

Photos and descriptions you upload must be yours or used with permission, and must be accurate. You give Rosido permission to display them on the Platform to promote your listing.

9. Our liability

Rosido provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, Rosido is not responsible for the condition of a property, the conduct of hosts or guests, or losses arising from a stay. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these terms, give wrong information or put others at risk.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida (Gautam Buddha Nagar), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
